Hi, After a scorching summer in most parts of the country, thanks to the El Nino effect, La Nina is now coming in with the monsoons. With a higher than normal monsoon predicted, one can expect a higher than normal incidence of car troubles. What I am collating here is a list of common problems and their solutions for cars in the rains. Please feel free to add to the collection below. Wiper condition : Problem: The windscreen wiper is making noise and causing streaks on the windscreen. Solution: Windscreen wipers need to be replaced preferably every year, just before the monsoon season. Wiper blades are made of rubber which can get hard and brittle due to cold winters followed by hot summers. This causes an uneven wiping surface on the wiper blade edge. Sometimes the wiper blade rubber can tear, exposing bare metal, which can irreversibly damage the windscreen. If you do not want to buy a pair of wipers yet, you can get some 400 grit (fine grade) sand paper and gently rub it across the blade edge. That will even out any imperfections. Don’t overdo it as you will damage the wiper. For More Details: Marketing Communication Video

Hi, Bought a pp256 a few weeks ago from everlast Canada and really haven`t had mutch seating time on this machine yet, when using it in cut mode it seems it just does not cut worth anything, been trying to cut 3/8 plate and cannot penetrate through the plate, just cuts half the thickness, checked my point gap ,points are straight and gapped to .35, air pressure, I`ve varied from 45 - 80 psi, amps varied from 45 up to 60, checked the assembly of the gun and everything was assembled corectly and tight. the last compressor i used was a twin screw 15 hp with air dryer, so i do have clean dry air. One thing i did notice on a thinner piece of material i was trying to cut, when i would start penetrating the steel you`d hear a louder buzzing sound( just like the hypertherm we used to have) this only lasts a few seconds and it quits, almost like its a secondary winding or relay cutting out. the other thing i noticed is the low air light noes not illuminate when your running too low of a pressure. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. Hi, How do users find these? Currently on 3m Amazone which I'm pretty happy with. May have the requirement for more output next year so thinking a folding 4m may be best option. What sort of hp do they need with a front tank and what sort of output is achievable? How do they stand up to stones/rocks? Can the power harrow float/bounce over separate to the drill? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right answers from the Internet. References: thefarmingforum.co.uk/index.php?threads/lemken-solitair-drills.117708/Blockchain Advertising

Hi, I have a part, complex shape, roughly 3" by 6", that I'd like cut from 11 ga steel (0.120) thick. I'll need about a dozen. The part has a couple round holes and a couple slotted holes. Is it a problem to cut the holes by either of these methods? Do they need an edge to start on? With water jet I could envision a lot of blow back trying to blast through, but maybe that's not an issue. I suppose with laser they'd have to melt through. What is a typical kerf for either of these processes? I'll be drawing these in AutoCAD, might the edge need some finishing? How far off the finished dimension should I draw the line? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. Hi, Well I have an issue with not one BUT 2 spectrum 300's. Both are dead and I think the same poieces are dead on each. One was a friends unit that I borrowed for a week 25 or so years back and liked so much I bought my own. His died last year and mine juts recently. I have heard of relatively cheap repairs on these and I have heard ya need a whole new board- which I find hard to swallow. I see two pieces minimum on each unit that need replaced. There are two bigger heat sinks on each main board and two electronic pieces are blown on the right hand heat sink as pictured... I wonder what caused the issues on two seperate machines at approximately the same age? Do any of you guys have names- descriptions of the parts and a source I have a call into miller but have not heard back yet Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. Hi, All of the talk of drils reminded me of something I've been meaning to ask. On my 12v drill, i started noticing when i would pull the trigger, nothing would happen. Id either have to try it a few times, or remove the battery and re-engage it to get it work. I didnt give it much thought. I figured it had seen some use, and something was wearing down. A couple weeks ago, i got the 182 dds brushless drill, and the same thing is happening. Anybody else having this problem? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. Hi, This only happens with my desktop computer. In addition to not being able to click in the box to enter the product key, I also cannot read the EULA with Office and other programs. I suspect it has something to do with the ATI fglrx video driver I'm using. I was able to enter the key by copying the ProductID registry entry from another computer and importing it, but I would rather know how to fix the problem. Any ideas? Please help. Thanks!
